When "affiliated users" use the service with the generated ID, the "Company" collects the personal information after informing the "affiliated users" about the basis, purpose, items, and retention period of collection.

- Personal information can be collected through webpages, emails, faxes, and phone calls during consultation processes via the customer center.

- Personal information can be collected through paper during events held offline.

- Chambit Bookclubs may receive personal information from external companies or organizations affiliated with Chambit Bookclubs, and in such cases, the affiliated companies obtain user consent for personal information provision before providing it to Chambit Bookclubs.

2. Use of Collected Personal Information
The company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

The personal information you agreed to provide and collected will be used to send newsletters, product information, promotions, surveys, site function management, greeting messages, event notifications, etc., through phone calls, SMS, LMS, MMS, emails, mail, PUSH notifications, etc., for advertising purposes with commercial intent or for business and marketing purposes during the retention and use period.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Matters not specified in these terms are interpreted and applied according to separate detailed terms and conditions or announcements of the company, basic laws on telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, other relevant legal provisions, the intent of these terms, and general practices in the same industry.
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

1) The company, in principle, destroys personal information without delay when a member withdraws.

However, if separate consent for the retention period of personal information has been obtained from the user, or if the law imposes a duty to retain information for a certain period, personal information is safely stored for that period.

- Destruction procedure: Information entered by the user for membership registration is stored for a certain period after achieving the purpose according to internal policies and other relevant legal reasons, and then destroyed.

2) In cases where the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Act on Secrecy of Communications, and other laws prescribe a certain period for information storage, the company retains personal information for that period in accordance with the provisions of the law, and does not use this information for other purposes.

- Gender, age, and voice (audio) information collected when using the AI Level Test with the ID of "affiliated users" generated by the educational institution service applicant is retained for up to one month, and then securely deleted in a non-reproducible form.
Chambit Bookclubs, according to the 'personal information validity period system,' immediately destroys personal information of members who have not used the service for one year or stores and manages it separately from other users' personal information.
5. Rights of Users and Exercise Methods
Users can inquire or modify their registered personal information at any time, and can also request deletion of personal information or cancellation of membership.

7. Scope of Application of This Personal Information Protection Policy

8. Duty to Notify Before Amendment
